We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist or Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the company to generate leads for new medical practices, including outpatient clinics of varying sizes. This process will involve mutual lead sharing between you and the company.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients primarily through phone and email, adeptly showcasing our services and tailored solutions.
- Billing Evaluation Scheduling: Schedule billing evaluations with interested clients to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our services.
- Incentive-Driven Sales: In addition to a competitive fixed salary, this role offers attractive incentives based on your sales performance, providing ample opportunity for significant earnings growth.
Compensation :
- Fixed Salary: You will receive a competitive fixed salary as a part of your comprehensive compensation package.
- Incentives: The role includes lucrative incentives, offering you the chance to substantially boost your earnings based on your sales achievements.

Requirements :
- Experience: Proven experience in Medical Billing sales or Business Development Executive (BDE) is highly preferred.
- Industry Awareness: A strong understanding of the medical billing industry and its nuances is essential.
- Client Acquisition: Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and driving sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate our services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client interactions and documentation.
