Shift Ahead Techologies is seeking a dynamic proven candidate with results-driven profile and is core Business Development Specialist with strong technical understanding (Tech driven) and sound commercial acumen to drive growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT services or solutions, and excel at managing domestic and global client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets for IT services (Remote Staffing, NOC support, Cloud, Telecom, or Gen AI sustained projects).Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to expand customer base and revenue streams.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent and effective communication.Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into viable solutions.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable partnerships.Track and report business metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.Represent the company in online/offline client meetings, professional networks, and industry events.Required Skills and CompetenciesProven experience (3–6 years) in business development or
