Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Sales/Exports Manager to lead and expand

our iron and steel castings export division. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in the international market, particularly in the exports of iron andsteel

castings.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new international

markets for iron and steel castings.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate andexpand

in these markets.

Sales & Customer Relations:

Manage and grow relationships with international clients.

Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach,

networking, and attending industry events.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.

Export Compliance & Logistics:

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.

Oversee the logistics of exporting goods, including coordination with

shipping companies and customs agents.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.

Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logisticsteamstoensure

customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and presentsales reports, market analysis, and strategy

effectiveness to senior management.

Qualififications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the export of iron and steel castings.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a relatedfifield.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful internationalsales

strategies.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
