Location: Bangalore
JD:
Responsibilities:
·Support established processes andprocedures of global export compliance program including:
·Export control classificationactivities for global exports including written explanation for productsclassification
·Export control review of the company’stangible and intangible (technology and software) export transactions
·Export control screening includingend-use, end-user and company visitors
·Export licensing activities fortangible and intangible exports of products and technology including gatheringof key data elements from internal requesters and documentation preparationsupporting the export license application
·Support and maintain reportingactivities, including metrics reporting to management
·Utilize trade management softwaretools to facilitate compliance screening of tangible and intangible exportactivities
·Ensure accuracy is achieved and maintainedwith all job responsibilities
·Support Indias export complianceprogram including:
·Export license processing andmaintenance including preparing India export license application documents forsubmittal to the India government
·Provide Export Compliance supportservices to India Operations, Classifications team and other Export Compliancefunctional areas as needed
·Provide export compliance trainingto functional teams
·Document export processes includingengineering, program management, product development teams
