Role Overview:

As a Technical Manager - Sales at Custiv, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives and nurturing client relationships. From understanding the customer's areas of pain/problems/challenges, providing the solution and guiding customers through the implementation would be an exciting part of the role. . You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. With your strategic insights and proactive approach, you'll help shape our business development strategies and drive long-term success. Your ability to leverage Solution Selling techniques will be crucial in identifying customer pain points and proposing innovative solutions that address their unique challenges, thereby driving sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in converting orders, with a special focus on precision engineering projects for our international clientele. Utilize your industry expertise and customer-centric approach to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, and internal teams to convert orders within the fabrication domain as well. From initial inquiries to finalizing contracts, you'll ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
  • Proactively generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from existing clients, fostering a continuous pipeline of opportunities and sustaining business growth.
  • Leverage your solution selling mindset to identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions that address their unique challenges. By demonstrating the value of our offerings, you'll build trust and credibility with clients, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a firm grip on payment schedules, ensuring that our cash flows remain healthy and our client relationships remain strong. Your attention to detail and financial acumen will be key in managing payment processes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in various manufacturing processes, from forging to sheet metal fabrication.
  • Experience in export procedures, particularly to key regions such as Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions that drive business success.
