Understand competitors and providecompelling Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) to capture saleseffectively. Strategic Partnerships: Developcosteffective longterm business relationships with reputablecompanies and organizations maximizing profitability and enhancingour brand presence in the industry. ContractManagement: Manage and extend contracts with clients whereverpossible ensuring ongoing partnerships and revenuestreams. Client Issue Resolution: Resolveclient problems and inquiries in a timely manner maintaining highlevels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Awareness: Stay informed about key trends in theaudio and wearables market taking appropriate actions to capitalizeon opportunities and mitigate risks. Competitor Analysis: Maintain extensive knowledge ofcompetitors and monitor business activities in the industryinforming strategic decisionmaking and sales tactics. Facility Utilization: Encourage full utilization of ourfacilities to maximize sales and revenue generation. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture keyrelationships with corporate clients and agencies ensuring maximumexposure for our products. Policy Compliance:Adhere to company policies that affect the sales departmentensuring alignment with organizational goals andobjectives. Product Knowledge: Maintain acomprehensive understanding of the audio and wearables products andservices offered by our company effectively communicating theirfeatures and benefits to clients. AdditionalResponsibilities: Undertake other duties and tasks as requiredcontributing to the overall success of the sales department and thecompany.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or arelated field.

810 years of experience incorporate sales management preferably within the audio andwearables industry.

Proven track record ofsuccess in business development client acquisition and revenuegeneration.

Strong negotiation skills andability to close deals effectively.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach toproblemsolving.

Willingness to travel asneeded.
