Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze key data points for the region, including sales figures, personnel productivity, client status, and receivables.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities and problem areas, develop action plans, and present sales reports to drive target achievement.
- Manage sales support functions and ensure timely customer work completion.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams by creating development plans, meeting training needs, and maintaining regular communication.
- Record performance metrics and monitor key parameters to increase overall sales productivity.
- Drive performance through incentive structures and sales promotion schemes.
- Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.
- Penetrate targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for company products and services.
- Deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and ensure systematic follow-up with clients to achieve time-bound closures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a premier MBA Institute or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, acquisition, or retention roles.
- Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 100+ individuals and at least 4 years of experience.
