Senior Design Engineer – Pre-Engineered Buildings

We are looking for an experienced
PEB Design Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structural design
, with hands-on experience in
analysis, detailing, and optimization of steel structures
. This role involves working closely with project, sales, and fabrication teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze PEB structures (frames, rafters, columns, bracings, mezzanines).
  • Prepare and review
    detailed engineering & fabrication drawings
    .
  • Optimize designs for cost, materials, and erection feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with
    IS, AISC, MBMA, AWS, and other international standards
    .
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for technical discussions.
  • Support teams during
    fabrication and erection phases
    .
  • Mentor junior engineers/designers.
  • Provide
    design feasibility inputs for tenders and proposals
    .

What We're Looking For

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (mandatory), M.E./M.Tech preferred.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in
    PEB design & detailing
    .
  • Proficiency in
    STAAD Pro, Tekla, MBS, AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    PEB design concepts & connections
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
