Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with the deployment and implementation of solutions. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, and addressing any technical concerns or issues that arise during the pre- and post-sales process.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and developing sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
  • Experience in the audio and video technology sector is a plus
