Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored solutions, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, and building long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to design customized solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
