Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineers with a strong background in industrial sales to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering sales, particularly in Automotive, Mechanical, Machine Tool Sales, and Project Sales. The candidate should possess the ability think strategically and technically to generate and convert into successful business deals. This individual will be responsible for driving the sales process from lead generation to conversion while managing and mentoring a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying leads to closing deals in Automotive, Mechanical, Machine Tool Sales, and Project Sales sectors.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, identify growth opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the sales team, ensuring that all proposals, presentations, and communications are aligned with the latest engineering technologies and product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, targets, and progress to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and product offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in industrial engineering sales
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Automotive, Mechanical, Machine Tool Sales, Electrical,electronics,process Equipment,Capital Equipment,engineering services,MEP,HVAC and Project Sales industries.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales strategies, and close deals in competitive industrial markets.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering products and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical details to both clients and team members.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing teams, setting targets, and guiding them to achieve goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Software: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and any other relevant tools.
