About Our Client

A Singapore-headquartered private equity firm, targeting investments primarily in SE Asia and India. The last fund raised was the largest ever debut fund raised in SE Asia and India.
They are a growing platform, with experienced professionals from private equity, banking, consulting, and senior-level operating roles within companies. We also leverage the expertise of our Transaction Advisory Panel (TAP), consisting of co-founders and CEOs of some of the most successful new-economy and traditional companies in Southeast Asia and globally. GCP's strategy is investing with "buy and build" approach, collaborating substantially with the management team of our portfolio companies to identify and drive value-creation opportunities.

Job Description

Identify, assess, and lead IT-related initiatives ( CI/CD and application management, unit testing best practices, database management process)

Support delivery of process improvement initiatives ( sales monitoring automation, procurement optimization tools)

Support portfolio monitoring work ( ETL processes for operational dashboards, monthly projects tracker)

Partner with portfolio company to manage on-time implementation and usage of identified solutions ( ERP software migration, cybersecurity tools, analytics software)

Assist the investment team in IT diligence on target companies

The Successful Applicant

Experience delivering IT projects in at least 2 of the following:

Analysis, recommendation, and implementation of business process improvements using IT software and tools

Best practice management of information system applications and database system ( requirement gathering, design, development, application code and user acceptance testing, and deployment)

Analyse, plan and implementation of end-to-end enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions including data management, cut-over and testing

Experience should be in one of the following industries: healthcare, FMCG and retail
o Technical proficiency in programming with demonstrated practical work in at least three of the following is preferred: SQL, PHP, or SAP ABAP, Python, ETL/ELT, Git
