We are seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyers to join our reputable law firm. As a Transactional Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support for a wide range of marquee M&A transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various transaction documents.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on transactional matters, including business structuring, transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions etc.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that may impact client transactions.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Participate in negotiations and communicate effectively with opposing counsel, clients, and internal/ external stakeholders to reach favorable outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
  • Manage matters efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate and organized legal documentation.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior lawyers.


Qualifications:

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven 3-8 years of experience as a Transactional Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law & commercial/business terms
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting transaction documents.
  • Demonstrated track record of providing sound legal advice and strategic thinking to clients.
