We are seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyers to join our reputable law firm. As a Transactional Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support for a wide range of marquee M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate various transaction documents.Provide legal advice to clients on transactional matters, including business structuring, transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions etc.Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that may impact client transactions.Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.Participate in negotiations and communicate effectively with opposing counsel, clients, and internal/ external stakeholders to reach favorable outcomes.Provide guidance on regulatory compliance.Manage matters efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate and organized legal documentation.Mentor and provide guidance to junior lawyers.
Qualifications:Law degree from an accredited law school.Proven 3-8 years of experience as a Transactional Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm.Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law & commercial/business termsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research and drafting transaction documents.Demonstrated track record of providing sound legal advice and strategic thinking to clients.
