Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist the customers about organisation, project & product details; provide insights, USP’s & specifications of the designated project.- Helping customers to shortlist inventory available in the project.- Assist the customer during site visits, analysis and recommendation about the project to the customer.- Assist the customers in finalising & negotiating apartments.- Consult customers about different financing options - devise custom solutions: best for the customer's portfolio.- Building relations with channel partners & assisting their customers.- Ensure complete customer servicing: documentation, follow ups, coordination.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.- Lead and manage the sales team, training, and performance monitoring, help the team for closing the deals with the customers.- Setting up the overall team and individual targets, aligning them with the company's objectives.- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management.- Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve sales targets.- Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.- Participate in negotiations for high-value or complex deals, providing guidance to the sales team as needed.- Evaluate the performance of the sales team against targets and provide constructive feedback for improvement.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining quality service delivery.- Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to identify potential business opportunities.- Stay updated on the latest technological tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.- Generate regular reports on sales activities, team performance, and market trends for the senior management team.
