About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive (Admin) to support the administrative and accounting functions of our organization. Based in Guwahati, this role requires strong skills in accounting software such as Tally or other CRMs, along with a background in accounts management and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and accounting operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Handle data entry, invoice preparation, and expense tracking.
  • Operate accounting software (Tally or equivalent CRMs) for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
  • Support vendor management, billing, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and maintain periodic financial and administrative reports.
  • Willing to travel extensively for field visits, client interactions, and operational support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books and other CRM/accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Male candidates with a two-wheeler and readiness to travel are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
