We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Podcast Host/Anchor to lead our podcast shows, conduct insightful interviews, and present live sessions. The ideal candidate should be confident in front of a microphone/camera, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in content writing, digital content creation, and script writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and anchor podcasts, live sessions, and events with confidence and energy.
- Conduct engaging interviews with guests, ensuring smooth flow and meaningful conversations.
- Research trending topics and develop creative content ideas for shows and episodes.
- Write, edit, and proofread podcast scripts, interview questions, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create digital content for social media and other platforms.
- Manage pre-production and post-production elements in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistently maintained across all content formats.
- Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and digital storytelling techniques.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent content writing, script writing, and storytelling abilities.
- Creativity in digital content creation and presentation.
- Ability to think on your feet and engage audiences in live settings.
- Research and interviewing skills with attention to detail.
- Confidence, charisma, and stage presence.
- Familiarity with podcasting tools, digital platforms, and social media.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in podcast hosting, anchoring, or content creation is an advantage.
- Portfolio of hosted shows, interviews, or digital content will be highly valued.
