**Job Title**: Podcast Content Creator

**Location**: ECIL,Hyderabad.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, research, and develop engaging topics for podcast episodes that resonate with our target audience in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- Host and conduct interviews with guests, ensuring dynamic and engaging conversations that add value to listeners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop innovative podcast ideas.
- Manage guest relations, including identifying potential guests, coordinating schedules, and preparing them for episodes.
- Handle basic audio editing and post-production to ensure high-quality sound (knowledge of software like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or GarageBand is a plus).
- Monitor podcast performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights to improve content strategy and grow the audience base.
- Assist in the promotion of podcast episodes across various platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, social media, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in podcast production, content creation, or a related field is preferred; however, any relevant experience will be considered.
- A strong passion for storytelling, audio content, and podcasting.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, GarageBand) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a creative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Compensation**:

- **Monthly Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000, based on experience and skills.
