REQUIREMENTS

As a senior member, you will be responsible for driving the business strategy, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our client base in the Bangalore region. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the catering or hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client management, and team leadership. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the corporate catering segment.

- Identify market opportunities and potential clients in the corporate sector.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape.


2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

- Lead the team in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

- Develop and present tailored catering proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


3. Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.

- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.


4. Revenue Management and Reporting:

- Monitor business performance and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and manage the business unit's budget.


 5. Operational Excellence and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all catering services meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to continuously improve service offerings.

- Implement best practices in food safety, hygiene, and service delivery.


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the catering, hospitality, or food services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong network and relationships within the Bangalore.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
