Description

Lucas Oil is looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to help drive long-term relationships, retention, and growth across multiple channels for one of Lucas Oil's key customers. This person will develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities by conducting regular business reviews with key customer stakeholders to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

Work with the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer and the VP of Business Development to develop and execute annual plans designed to strengthen the customer partnership. Build, nurture, and grow loyal, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, the customer sales team, and key stakeholders by acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements. Create and implement winning strategies to maximize revenue for our partner and expand relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives. Serve as the primary contact and communication link between the customer's sales team and Lucas Oil, guaranteeing the best possible customer/sales team experience through reliable and timely product delivery and resolving issues and complaints quickly and completely. Collaborate with members of the Revenue Operations team to develop, prepare, and deliver regular progress reports and forecasts.  Partner across multiple departments (e.g., Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product Development, R&D, Sales Leadership) to identify, develop, and deliver sales enablement materials, product training, partner sales team incentive programs, and packaged product offerings to support and grow the partnership. Lead product-related training sessions for the customer sales managers and sales executives. Attend all key customer events including trade shows and annual sales and partner events.  Maintain consistent presence in the field, partnering with the customer sales team to create and articulate the value proposition and key benefits of Lucas Oil products; and train the customer sales team on best practices for selling Lucas Oil products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of business development, key account management, customer solutions, or sales experience in a relevant industry. Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value proposition and key benefits of multiple products required, with previous product marketing experience a plus. Assertive, confident, and driven personality balanced by strong emotional intelligence and a high level of professionalism. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining long-lasting trusting relationships. Strong knowledge of successful product positioning and selling tactics and proven ability to coach others (a successful history as a player/coach). Proven ability to consistently meet aggressive goals. Competitive spirit motivated by achieving goals and helping others succeed. Strong communicator with the ability to articulate your value proposition. Strong presence with a track record of consistent, timely follow-up and follow-through. Perfect alignment with Lucas Oil values: Trust, Service, Teamwork, Courage, and Passion.  Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
