About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Operations Specialist with strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to achieve performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns for better CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and ad performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
