**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support**: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them understand complex topics and resolve doubts in a timely and effective manner.
- **Curriculum Development**: Should Be Able to design and develop curriculum by themself and update the curriculum time-to-time to ensure it remains current with industry trends and best practices.
- **Hands-on Training**: Provide practical, real-world examples and case studies to help students gain hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and tools.
- **Classroom & Online Sessions**: Conduct both in-person and online classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Assess students’ progress through assignments and projects designed Personally. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Industry Updates**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to ensure that students receive cutting-edge knowledge.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Graduation or post-graduation in any stream. A certification in Digital Marketing is a plus. If you Do not hold degree but believe that you have great knowledge in Digital Marketing, You can still apply.
- **Proficiency in English and Telugu**: Strong command of English and Telugu (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi is a bonus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in an understandable and engaging manner.
- **Student-Focused**: A passion for teaching and helping students succeed, with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with various digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WooCommerce, WordPress etc.

- Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
