**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery of Training**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced professionals.
- **Customization**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of clients or organizational goals, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- **Evaluation**: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve content and delivery based on evaluations.
- **Support and Guidance**: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, offering practical advice, answering questions, and addressing any challenges they may face.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Integrate new insights into training materials and sessions.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes. Prepare reports as required for management or clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in key areas such as SEO, PPC, social media, content strategy, and analytics.
- **Teaching Skills**: Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Certifications**: Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate diverse audiences.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
