Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Web Operations and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and leadership skills to manage teams, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding results..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Operations: Oversee all company operations, ensuring smooth workflows, quality delivery, and team alignment with organizational goals.
  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Lead Generation, and Website Development.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire teams of web developers, designers, digital marketers, and QA professionals to achieve excellence.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients—understanding needs, delivering tailored strategies, and building long-term relationships.
  • Project Ownership: Ensure projects are executed on time, with high quality, and measurable impact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Innovation & Growth: Contribute fresh ideas, stay ahead of industry trends, and take ownership of driving company growth.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Web Operations, or Project Management.
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead, Project Lead, Project Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Strong technical knowledge of web operations, CMS platforms, analytics, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and deliver results.
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / Master's degree (MBA preferred).
