Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sale support is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus
