Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee and expand our sales operations across a specific region. The RSM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets in the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region in alignment with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets by driving business development and increasing market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to ensure high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements, solve issues, and build brand loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive regional promotional activities and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical business practices.
  • Provide inputs for new product development and pricing strategies based on market insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a regional sales team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of building material products and market dynamics.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing distributor and dealer networks.
  • Exposure to both commercial and residential building materials projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
