Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and regional/national reach.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with regular coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.
  • Conduct daily check-ins to drive motivation, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end sales closure efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B/B2C.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales, SaaS, and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage retail, wholesale distributors, and stockists effectively.
  • Consistent achievement of regional and team targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85, ₹95,000.00 per month
