Job Details :- Job Role : Nintex Development, Share Point Online Experience Required: 5-8yrs Notice: immediate Work Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai Mode Of Work: Hybrid Type of Hiring: Contract to Hire Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to modern platforms. Design scalable, maintainable Nintex Workflow Cloud solutions Upgrade/Redevelop Classic and Responsive Nintex Forms to New Responsive Forms. Migrate Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud and redevelop relevant task forms. Analyze and refactor existing solutions with dependencies on Share Point Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate migrated solutions with architect Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices Perform testing and post-migration support Required Skills: Strong hands on experience with Nintex Forms (Classic, Responsive, New Responsive) and Workflows (O365 and/or Workflow Cloud). Working knowledge of Form and Workflow Designer Understanding of form logic, rules, and workflow design Hands on experience on Controls, Events, Actions, error handling and large data handling Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps Experience in workflow solutions designing and optimization Deep understanding with Share Point Online concepts (Lists, Libraries, Content Types), limitations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Good to have Skills: Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience with REST APIs, JSON. Experience with migration tools or scripting (e.g., Power Shell) is a plus
