Online Sales Executive Female

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers and address queries regarding product offerings.
- Set up meetings or site visits for interested customers.
- **WhatsApp Messaging**:
- Use WhatsApp as a communication tool to send order updates, product information, and promotional messages.
- Respond to client queries and engage with them through WhatsApp for quicker and more informal communication.
- **Follow-ups**:
- Keep track of all leads and their status, ensuring no lead goes cold.
- **Lead Management**:
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in B2B or retail sales.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
