Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Patna. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the management team to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of Indira IVF.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
