Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling performance management processes, and promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Proficiency in managing performance appraisal systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are a plus
