Role Overview:
Location : Bangalore, 5 days working from office
CTC : up to 11 LPA + attractive benefits
We are hiring a corporate sales specialist for our SMB sales team. You'll be responsible for bringing revenue for this particular function by talking to our prospective clients and closing deals.
Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time and is a result-driven professional. A background in B2B sales of SaaS or HRTech or Insurance is a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
Speaking to Nova's prospective clients
Understanding their unique requirements
Explaining and sharpening Nova's value proposition
Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities
If you have a background in insurance/insurance broking or B2B sales , you are the perfect fit
