Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the school.
  • Handle online and offline advertising, including social media marketing.
  • Organize school events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Create engaging content for social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Build relationships with local communities, coaching centers, and parents.
  • Maintain the school's website and ensure content is up-to-date.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts using basic analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with school management and admission teams to align marketing with admission goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset and good organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
