**Key Responsibilities**

1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels, including YouTube comments on our channel, Instagram messages, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

**2. Sales Pipeline Management**
- Maintain and update leads in CRM and other lead management tools.
- Nurture leads through effective communication and targeted follow-ups to convert them into business opportunities.

**3. Product Demos & Presentations**
- Prepare and deliver compelling demos or presentations to prospects, showcasing our digital marketing services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of ClickLocal’s products and solutions to potential clients.

**4. Deal Closure & Onboarding**
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, client servicing) to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

**5. Client Relationship Management**
- Monitor client onboarding, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

**6. Market & Industry Research**
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape.
- Offer insights for refining sales strategies and identifying new growth opportunities.

**Qualifications & Skills**

1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Marketing, Business, IT, etc.). A diploma or certification in marketing/IT is a plus.

**2. Experience**
- 2-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related industries is preferred.

**3. Technical & Marketing Know-How**
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools/platforms.
- Understanding of the sales process, lead nurturing, and conversion metrics.

**4. Communication & Negotiation**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**5. Personal Attributes**
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner, optimistic, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.

**6. Team Collaboration**
- Adept at coordinating with internal teams (creative, technical, account management) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
