We’re looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a **B2B Sales Executive** based at our Jhandewalan office. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
- Present and promote company products/services to potential business clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account setup
- Generate **HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) leads** and initiate the sales process
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and overall market conditions
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferred)
- Previous experience dealing with **HORECA customers** is a strong advantage
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Performance bonus
