Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Meta Ad Specialist. The Meta Ad Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Day-to-day tasks include creating, launching, and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram,etc) for creating and managing ad campaigns
  • 2-3 Years of Experience
  • Skills in data analysis and performance tracking to optimize ad campaigns
  • Ability to develop strategic advertising plans to maximize ROI
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Relevant industry experience in HVAC or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus
