**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to **pitch products/services** and generate sales.
- Follow up with leads from **Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)** to convert them into customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide **personalized solutions** to drive sales.
- Maintain a **database of leads and sales records** for follow-ups and reporting.
- Achieve **weekly and monthly sales targets** through proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to optimize ad targeting and lead quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Stay updated with **Meta Ads trends** to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in **telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.**:

- Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** and how they generate leads.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and persuasion** skills.
- Ability to **handle objections** and convert leads into sales.
- Experience with **CRM tools** and maintaining sales records.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus.
