- **Generating Leads and Making Outbound Calls**:Telesales Executives actively seek out potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques, making outbound calls to promote products or services.
- **Selling Products and Services**:They use persuasive language and product knowledge to convince customers to make a purchase, whether it's a new product, an upgrade, or a cross-sell.
- **Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships**:Telesales Executives establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**:They are held accountable for achieving specific sales quotas, which requires effective sales techniques and relationship-building.
- **Providing Customer Service**:Telesales Executives handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Recording and Tracking Sales**:They meticulously document calls, sales, and customer information to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills Required for a Telesales Executive:
