Job Title Associate – Business Development Location Bangalore, India Company Name Kosher Climate India Private Limited About Kosher Climate India Private Limited is a Consulting and Trading firm which helps companies in taking up their carbon Neutral and ESG responsible planning in reaching Carbon Neutrality. We also develop projects, such as Cookstove, Mangrove, and Agroforestry, with in-house investments. Kosher also manages carbon credit portfolios of its clients and manage carbon Portfolios of Renewable Energy projects and help them realize revenues. We offer Sustainable solutions and services across a wide range of topics including carbon markets, renewable energy, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and corporate SDG compliance to name a few. We are spread across three continents with a global team headquarter in India About the role Kosher is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Support for joining the team of experts to work in a challenging environment sustained by growth and learning. Successful candidate will closely work Business development team for wide range of services in the field of Carbon Advisory, Renewable Energy, sustainability and NBS projects. Responsibilities · Support in developing the knowledgebase of carbon markets via desk-based research, particularly to categorize reports, documents, policies, and analysis at the Local and national levels; · Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. · Seek out appropriate contact in an organization and generate leads through regular follow-ups. · Assist seniors in developing a sales pitch for prospective clients and participate in presentations of Business ideas. · Coordinate with other departments for the smooth flow of work and expedite the process through established practices · Draw up client contracts depending on the size of the company and their service requirements. · Support the reporting manager in tracking and maintaining the leads generated and providing appropriate data for client-specific presentations. Requirements · Qualification- Relevant · 1-3 years of relevant experience in Renewable Energy / Carbon Consultancy / Power Sector/ WTE/ NBS · Ability to write reports, prepare Power Point presentations, and prepare contracts. · Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management to deliver on client’s expectations. · Proactive and Can-do attitude and take responsibility for all the tasks assigned. · Excellent level of written and spoken English. · Good communication and report-writing skills · Proficient in MS Office · Team Player with adaptable working nature and with multitasking Ability NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
