Our work spans three core verticals:

Transactions Advisory:

- Market leader in IPO and private deal support, contributing ~1/3 of revenue. Advised 90%+ of new-age IPO capital in India. Global reach via OC&C (25+ offices).

Benchmarking & Analytics:

- Subscription-led, AI-enabled insights platform serving top clients like Flipkart and Uber. Contributes ~1/3 of revenue.

Strategy Consulting:

- Focused on growth and transformation strategies, backed by a deep research-to recommendation model.

Role Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and high-energy Associate Partner to lead business development (BD) for small and mid-sized consulting projects.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solutioning-heavy environment and enjoys converting opportunities into long-term client value.

This is a high-ownership role with direct revenue responsibility and the opportunity to build a fast-moving pipeline of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market and Lead Development

- Identify priority segments for business growth.

- Build and manage a qualified BD pipeline through outreach and ecosystem connects.

2. Sales and Solutioning

- Own end-to-end sales for projects from pitch to closure.

- Convert client needs into modular formats and proposals.

3. Client Management

- Engage mid-to-senior stakeholders to drive trust and repeat business.

- Expand client relationships to unlock new opportunities.

4. Offering and; GTM Enablement

- Co-create and refine offerings based on market feedback.

- Partner with marketing to drive targeted campaigns and events.

5. Internal Collaboration

- Manage and mentor the delivery teams

Candidate Requirements

We're looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build and scale business development engine.

Experience and; Skills

- 10-14 years in consulting, strategy, or BD, ideally in digital-first or growth sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to sell fast-turnaround, insight-led projects.

- Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and proposal-building skills.

- Comfortable working directly with founders, CXOs, and strategy leads.
