Success in this role will be measured by your ability to source high-value, target-focused partnerships, sustain long-term collaborations , and contribute to the overall growth and innovation of BigCity’s campaign offerings. This position demands a sharp commercial mindset, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Act as a key liaison between BigCity and external partners, representing the brand and its client objectives effectively.
Lead negotiations, partnership proposals, and contract finalizations with potential partners.
Monitor partnership performance and ensure high engagement and retention across partner accounts.
Develop innovative product ideas and co-branded campaign offerings in collaboration with partners.
Ensure timely delivery and execution of partner commitments within campaign timelines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Retention and renewal rate of existing partners.
Experience interacting with senior leadership, business owners, and Marketing Heads and National Heads.
Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and commercial outlook.
3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and business development
~ Proven track record of delivering high-value targets and successful commercial outcomes
~ Experience in marketing, brand tie-ups, loyalty programs, or promotional campaigns preferred
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
