Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Pune. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their designated regions, which include Pune and Gurugram. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting regular meetings with potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves training sales staff, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience
- Proficiency in conducting training sessions for sales teams
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in managing territories and achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or technology sector is a plus
