Job Description IT / Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:30 PM 10:00 PM / 1:30 PM 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across industries.
  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.
  • Source candidates using job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
  • Handle salary discussions and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and adhere to client SLAs.

Skills and Competencies

  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (UK or international recruitment preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills through portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and headhunting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in UK shift timings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
