April to October: 3 PM 12 AM
November to March: 4 PM 1 AM

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday

Week Off: Any 2 Weekdays

ABOUT THE ROLE:
we usually hire non-IT profiles , which means blue-collar roles like technicians, drivers, machine operators, warehouse staff, electricians, construction workers, and so on. These are high-demand roles, and you'll learn how international hiring works in these categories.

We are currently hiring for the position of International Recruiter . Initially, everyone joins as a recruiter, because we provide complete training in three areas Recruitment, Compliance, and Bookings.

For the first 6 months, you'll receive hands-on training in all three. After that, based on your performance and interest, the manager will decide the best fit for you – so you may continue in Recruitment, or shift to Compliance, or to the Bookings Team. So this role actually gives you exposure to multiple career paths.

Key Responsibilities:
Source & attract talent via job boards, databases, referrals & networks
Pre-screen candidates for skills, qualifications & cultural fit
Maintain strong pipeline of qualified profiles
Build lasting candidate relationships
Meet deadlines & targets with internal collaboration
Innovate sourcing strategies continuously

Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma holders (Freshers welcome)
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Target-driven, adaptable & quick learner
