Role : Presales SupportLocation : RomoteKey Responsibilities:- Lead the Salesforce integration with voice (PBX) and messaging services.- Work closely with teams to design, implement, and validate the integration architecture.- Web RTC Softphone dialer development or understanding of customization layer within salesforce.- Enable click-to-call, SMS, and call logging features within Salesforce.- Assist in configuring and deploying the solution on Salesforce.- Coordinate with Salesforce for App Exchange listing and compliance approval.- Support in establishing user mapping, authentication, and configuration workflows for end users.Required Skills & Experience- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and integration.- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Apex, Lightning Web Components).- Experience with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) or Vo IP platform integrations (e.g., Ring Central, Twilio, Vonage, or Netsapiens).- Understanding of Web RTC and SIP call flows (preferred).- Experience building Salesforce App Exchange apps or CRM plugins.- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Activities).We would be discussing the end resource commercials, timeline and other such details once the project is onboarded.
