We’re scaling fast and looking for people who want to work at the forefront of AI and help customers unlock its full potential.About the Role:As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in our customer onboarding process and be the first point of contact for implementation. This position requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving customer problems.Job Responsibilities:Experience & Background:2-3 years of customer onboarding experience, preferably in B2 B Saa S serving SMBsProven track record in improving trial-to-paid conversion rates and accelerating time-to-value (TTV)Experience with horizontal/multi-feature platforms (CRM, sales tools, or unified business platforms preferred)Background in both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) environmentsTechnical & Product Skills:Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn and explain complex, multi-feature productsExperience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and AI-powered business toolsAbility to conduct software demos and troubleshoot basic technical issuesData-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize onboarding funnelsCommunication & Customer Success:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable hosting live onboarding calls, webinars, and product demosExperience managing high-volume customer interactions efficientlyProven ability to identify and address customer pain points quickly during trial periodsOperational Excellence:Fast-paced, self-starter mindset with strong bias for actionExperience managing multiple customer touchpoints within compressed timelines (7-day trials)Strong project management skills to handle high-volume onboarding processesAbility to create and iterate on onboarding materials, workflows, and best practicesQualifications:Experience with customer segmentation and personalized onboarding approachesKnowledge of sales processes, lead qualification, and customer lifecycle managementFamiliarity with onboarding tools (Intercom, Pendo, Appcues, etc.)Basic understanding of AI/automation tools and their business applicationsExperience collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teamsSuccess Metrics Focus:Track record of measurable improvements in trial conversion ratesExperience reducing time-to-first-value for complex productsHistory of maintaining high customer satisfaction scores during onboardingDemonstrated ability to scale onboarding processes without sacrificing qualityThis role would be perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance the complexity of your horizontal product with the urgency of converting trial users within a week.
