We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented implementation manager to lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of our product for business users and end users. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities, ensuring smooth product deployment, user adoption, and long-term value realization. This role acts as the bridge between product/technology teams and business stakeholders, driving successful delivery and measurable impact.

Skills :

- Bachelors degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 6 - 10 years of experience in product implementation, program/project management, or customer success roles.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product rollouts with measurable adoption outcomes.

- Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies, change management, and training strategies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced :

1. Implementation Planning & Execution :

- Own and manage the full lifecycle of product implementation, from kickoff to post-rollout support.

- Develop detailed project/rollout plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, IT) to ensure readiness.

2. Product Deployment :

- Oversee deployment, installation, and configuration of the product in customer environments.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing business systems and processes.

- Manage version control, environment readiness, and go-live activities.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for business and end-user stakeholders during rollout.

- Facilitate regular communication, progress updates, and expectation management.

- Build strong relationships to foster trust and collaboration.

4. End-User Readiness & Adoption :

- Drive user enablement through training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions.

- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, training content, and adoption playbooks.

- Monitor user adoption and engagement, addressing challenges proactively.

5. Change & Risk Management :

- Support organizational change management by articulating the products value to users.

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact successful adoption.

- Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing business operations during rollout.

6. Post-Implementation Support & Continuous Improvement :

- Monitor product performance and user satisfaction post-deployment.

- Capture feedback and escalate product gaps or enhancements to product management.

- Document lessons learned to improve future rollouts and implementation frameworks.

You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to technology leads and project managers.
