The position is going to be based in Assam, India
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Effectively lead and manage the sales team and develop channel sales network for Home UPS, Inverters and batteries for home and small commercial use.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, essential for the success of the sales team.
Ensure team’s achievement towards monthly sales targets and encourage higher performance improvements.
Monitor the sales performance of the team and provide regular progress reports as the Area Sales Manager.
Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the customer base within the area.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in sales and sales management for 4-6 years, preferably in batteries and inverters.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Sales and Marketing can be an added advantage
