WE ARE HIRING Role: HR Payroll Specialist
Location: Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF.
Prepare and file statutory returns in line with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate with finance teams for payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and audits. Maintain accurate payroll records in HRMS/payroll systems.
Generate statutory forms such as Form 16 and ensure employee communication.
Address payroll-related queries and ensure smooth employee experience.
Support both internal and external payroll audits.

REQUIREMENTS
6–12 years of experience in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in payroll software like SAP, Oracle, Tally, ADP, or similar.
Attention to detail with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
