Salesforce Consultant

Sikich is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing Salesforce team.
Do you enjoy problem solving and have an eagerness to learn and excel in a high-paced environment? The consultants responsibilities include helping joining our Salesforce Support and Managed Services team. This team responds to Salesforce Support Cases and inquires that come in from our customers. The individual must also be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals. Additional responsibilities will be helping with configuration and build out of internal Salesforce solutions and industry specific accelerators .

About Salesforce T eam: You’ll be working in the Sikich Salesforce Team. We set the standard for excellence in Salesforce implementations, allow clients to thrive on the Salesforce platform through seamless integration of technology into their business process. Our target industries include but not limited to Insurance, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Finance.
Responsibilities:Help review and work on Salesforce Support cases and inquires that come from our customersBuild out configuration in Salesforce based off User StoriesOperate as the product expert and trusted advisor to Sikich clients, guide them with industry and product best practicesDesign, build, and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform; partner with internal development team when neededProduct testing to ensure quality delivery to the clientQuickly adapt to changing technologies and platformsTrack time to ensure proper invoicing.
Requirements:Experience with Salesforce LightningExperience with Salesforce Automation such as Process Builder, Flows, etc.Good interpersonal skills, diligent, resourceful, attention to detail, and care about delivering a great product.At least 1 Salesforce certificationProven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in large-scale environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentAbility to quickly learn technologies and software product functionalityAbility to work as a team player
Good to Haves:2-5 years' experience of Salesforce consulting, completing Salesforce implementations and/or experience managing complex projects on the Salesforce.com platformAdditional Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I or II.Knowledge of managed packages for Salesforce regarding:CTIs/Phone System IntegrationsE-Signature Solutions (Ex: Docusign, Assuresign, AdobeSign)Document Generation and Document Management Solutions (Ex: Conga, S-Docs)Marketing Integrations (Ex: Marketo, Pardot)Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lighting Web Components, APIs)Experience working at other Salesforce ISVs
